Comm. Sub. for House Bill No. 4291 - "A bill to amend and reenact §31A-2-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to criminal background investigations for applicants seeking approval to engage in certain banking activities under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Banking; eliminating the requirement that the investigations be done through both the West Virginia State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation; providing that applicants provide fingerprints for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation or any governmental agency or entity authorized to receive such information for a state, national or international criminal history check."
